Would rate 6 stars if I could. I called in a panic after ordering too few tiles and the work starting in the next few days. Tile Guys could NOT have been more helpful. They scoured everything for me to find the tiles I needed, they also worked through item and batch codes to make sure we had exactly what we needed and then sweet talked the warehouse into letting us pick up earlier than usual so we could have what needed. I wish I had bought from them in the first place, especially when I discovered they were quite a few $ cheaper than what I had first bought. Will not hesitate to use again; in fact, they are stuck with me now.

This company provides First Class service. Nabeel went out of his way to organize urgent delivery/pick up of the tiles and helped to keep our renovation project on schedule. I highly recommend this company.

We have bought tiles off them a few times & every time they are so flexible, helpful & honestly the best customer service!! There was a little delay in communication & so unexpectedly they kindly shipped out a box of tiles for free! Couldn’t recommend them more! Thank you so much
